Prepares for competitive swimming in West Norfolk by providing training and team structure exercises, All ages are welcome and training is provided depending on the swimmers ability. Masters and Senior squads for swimmers aged 18 and over are also held. Training is Sunday to Friday according to level and squad.
Training takes place either at Downham Market Leisure Centre or St James Pool, King’s Lynn.
