Despite the chilly February temperature, Downham extended a warm welcome to local radio presenters from KLFM as they broadcast live from the town square.
The live radio feed happened in front of the Downham Cafe and local people were interviewed and took part in competitions on air.
Our very own LingoLiz even had a chat with DJ Simon Rowe about the new downhamweb site!
The tour continues all this week ending in King’s Lynn’s Vancouver Shopping centre on Saturday
Unlike the other ‘local’ papers which are owned by big businesses, downhamweb has always been owned and run by local people in Downham Market. Our reporting will always be free without paywalls, independent from advertisers and run for the benefit of the community.
