The outstanding members at the Downham Market Slimming World Morning Group held at St Edmunds Church Hall every Wednesday at 10am have really pulled out all the stops and achieved this amazing BRONZE award from Slimming World. they had to have at least 50 members attend each week and work together with love and support to achieve fantastic weight loss results 107 stone this year so far. The 70 member strong Group have a real sence of family and give each other loads of help, tips and support. Making it a really fun place to come and learn how to fill up and slim down. We are working closely with the medical profession in West Norfolk who can refer patients to us for a 12 week period, this is working well.
