The council offices in Downham Market will close at the end of this month.

Staff and services are transferring to the main office in King’s Lynn.

The BCKLWN council have said that contact centre staff will be available to guide people through the online process and visiting officers are available for those unable to make the journey to King’s Lynn for an appointment.
