Downham Market High Street welcomes its most recent addition, ‘Sweeneys’ restaurant, which opened earlier this month.
The popular Palmers Restaurant closed in July, due to owners Pat & Deb Palmer taking on management of the Hare Arms Country Pub.
Hannah Sweeney, a previous member of the Hare Arms bar team, who started her hospitality career at the age of 14, now takes on the former Palmers restaurant.
The Sweeneys menu offers gourmet burgers, ribs and wings as well as a specials board and is open 6 days a week (closed all day Monday and Sunday evenings).
