From 9am – 1pm on Saturday 2nd March the Downham Market and Villages in Transition group are holding a Free Seed Swap.
The idea behind the Seed Swap is that people can exchange seeds they don’t want for seeds they do! Buying seeds can be an expensive business – so it makes sense to pair up with other keen gardeners and save a little money in the process.
- Bring along saved seed to swap and get more information on how to save your own.
- Make a put and plant a seed.
- If you don’t have spare seeds, come along anyway!
The event will be taking place at the Food Co-operative Stall near the clock tower.
